  Worst service I've ever imagined. The gentleman who can out at first seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I had made the right choice when it came to pool service companies until the didn't show up on the days they said they would (Friday). One week they showed up on Saturday the next, Thursday, and then not at all. I called numerous times and was unable to get a hold of someone. I left two messages inquiring and didn't get any calls returned and then left another message clearly stating my displeasure which still didn't get a call back. When I finally did get a hold of someone two weeks later the lady proceeded to yell at me. As the customer I felt unimportant and now my pool is something that would probably hold a flesh eating disease and my poor daughter couldn't spend her last week playing in the pool before school started. Clearly not a company anyone should want to work with. Invest your money elsewhere.
